Heba Hamada

Heba is a special education teacher working with autistic children. She trained in centers and worked with groups of children with learning difficulties, mental disabilities, Down syndrome, autism, and academic delay. 

Education:

BA in Special Education from Al-Quds Open University 2017.

Experience:

Training in centers for learning difficulties, children with autism, Down syndrome and mental disabilities (Rawan Center for Child Development, Al-Nahda Women's Association,Social Rehabilitation Center - Qalandia Camp)- 9m

• Shadow teacher for a child with learning difficulties in the Montessori school- 18m
• Shadow teacher for an autistic student at the Arab Academy for Modern Education- 4m
• Shadow teacher for a child with learning difficulties in the Arab Academy for Modern Education- 1 year
• Classroom teacher for autistic children- 2 years
• Volunteer in the Youth Club of the Palestinian Red Crescent- 6m
• Participation with the Palestinian Red Crescent in a course in the field of sign language, first level, at Al-Quds Open University- 5m

Future plans:

Strive to provide the best treatment service for autistic children and rehabilitate them to enable them to integrate into a safe environment through  Takween Center and work to increase my experience and develop my capabilities through joint work with Takween Center team.
